We've compiled a list of all the social media platforms which work with Zendesk and how they are integrated.
- Twitter & Facebook: These two are the only built-in integrations within Zendesk. There’s no limit to the number of pages that you can add to your account for either of these platforms. The following Zendesk articles will guide you through the setup:
- Instagram: The Zendesk Instagram direct integration for Zendesk is coming soon! It is currently in Beta and we're hoping to see it generally available very soon!
In the meantime there are some third-party apps available in the Zendesk Marketplace which you can use to manage Instagram comments or direct messages from within your Zendesk.
- Instagram Channel - Free 14 day trial then $39.00 per month - Allows you to reply to comments on your Instagram posts
- Instagramer - Free 14 day trial then $71.00 per month - Allows you to reply to all direct messages on your Instagram account
- Instagramer Comments - Free 14 day trial, then $29.00 per month - Allows you to reply to comments on your Instagram posts & @mention someone in your reply
- Instagram Channel - Free 14 day trial then $39.00 per month - Allows you to reply to comments on your Instagram posts
- YouTube: No built-in integration available. There is a free app available in the Zendesk marketplace which allows you to reply back to YouTube comments.

- Linkedin: No built-in or third party app integration currently available. However, you could look at using Zapier to connect your Linkedin to Zendesk. You can check it out here below:
