There are 2 really simple ways to find out if there is an issue occurring with your Zendesk account at any time; which might be affecting the overall performance and usability of the platform.
1. Get notified by email from Zendesk
You can turn on a setting in your agent profile within Zendesk that will automatically send you an email every time there is a known issue occurring with your Zendesk.
Simply open your agent profile from the icon in the top right-hand corner of Zendesk and click the preferences tab to flip the switch to On.
2. Check the Zendesk Status page online
You can navigate to www.status.zendesk.com at any time to also check on the current and past performance of your Zendesk account. Simply type your Zendesk subdomain into the Subdomain box and click "Check Status".
