If you're looking to enhance the look and feel of your Zendesk Help Center, purchasing a theme from the Zendesk Marketplace is a quick and easy way to get started. Here's how to do it:

Step 1: Access the Zendesk Theme Marketplace

1. Navigate to https://www.zendesk.com/marketplace/themes/ in your web browser.

Step 2: Browse and Choose a Theme

• Browse the available themes and click on any one to view more details.
• Check the theme’s features, compatibility, pricing, and demo if available.

Step 3: Installing the Theme

Before you're able to buy the theme, you must first install it as a trial on your help centre. 

1. Click the Free Trial button to install the theme.
2. Follow the prompts to confirm your Zendesk subdomain for installation.

Step 4: Purchasing the Theme

Once the theme is installed, you can then purchase the theme at any point in time during the trial phase.

1. In Knowledge admin, click Customize design () in the sidebar.The Themes page opens.
2. On the trial theme you want to configure, click the options menu (), then choose Buy.
3. On the theme license page, choose which license type you want to buy, then click Buy now.
4. Review your purchase, enter the required details, then click Buy now.

The theme is now purchased and you can use it as your live theme.
