IIf you'd like to improve the look and feel of your Zendesk Help Center, buying a theme from the Zendesk Marketplace is a simple and efficient way to get started. Here's how you can do it:
Step 1: Access the Zendesk Theme Marketplace
- Open your web browser and go to https://www.zendesk.com/marketplace/themes/.
Step 2: Browse and Choose a Theme
- Look through the available themes and click on any that catch your eye to see more details.
- Take a look at the theme’s features, compatibility, pricing, and any demos that are available.

Step 3: Installing the Theme
Before purchasing, you'll need to install the theme as a trial on your help centre.
- Click the Free Trial button to install the theme.
- Follow the prompts to confirm your Zendesk subdomain for installation.
Step 4: Purchasing the Theme
Once the theme is installed, you can buy it anytime during the trial period.
- In Knowledge admin, click Customize design (
) in the sidebar. The Themes page will open. - Find the trial theme you want to buy, click the options menu (
), then select Buy. - On the theme license page, pick the license type you'd like to purchase, then click Buy now.
- Review your purchase, fill in the required details, and then click Buy now.

Your theme is now purchased and ready to use as your live theme.
