Zendesk has added a new (long awaited) update to the existing Received at trigger condition which now lets you exclude one or more support addresses inside your triggers using the 'is not' operator.
You can now choose to use the following 2 operators for the Received at condition:
- Is
- Is not
Prior to Zendesk making this change, admins were forced to create lengthy workarounds to exclude one or more support addresses from a trigger. As a result, this also led to time-consuming management of triggers every time a new support address was added to the account.
This all changes now with the addition of the new 'is not' operator. You can now simply exclude the support address(s) from your trigger and not have to worry about further updates to triggers every time a new support address is added to your account.
