We're going to show you how to replicate the design and/or placement of the KPI reports visible on the Zendesk dashboard within your own custom dashboard.
Once you've added your KPI reports to the dashboard, follow the details below to configure each widget's look and placement on the dashboard.
- Header = Visible
- Header size = 2
- Border colour: #eeeeee
- Rounded edges = 4
- Background colour = #ffffff
- Report size: Width = 215 & Height = 115
- Report placement: Starting from left to right

IMPORTANT: Remember to click Publish to save the changes you've made to your dashboard
