We've often seen this question raised with the Explore Ticket Updates data set so we've listed the difference between the two here...
- Support: Ticket updates [default] - Update value refers to each individual update made on a ticket.
- Support: Ticket updates [default] - Ticket updated value refers to just the last specific update event on the ticket.
The 1st field will usually give you far more values in your report than the 2nd field when selected in Time Filter widgets on an Explore Dashboard.
