The SCX Support App allows you to quickly request a health check on your Zendesk instance to identify risks, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement.
Steps to Run a Health Check
- In Zendesk Support, open the SCX Support App from your sidebar on the left.
- Click Run Analysis.
- When the health check is complete you'll receive an email to let you know.
What Happens Next?
After you run your health check analysis on your account, the results will be displayed inside the app for you. Here's what you can do with the results:
- Filter by type.
- The 'Edit Here' button will take you to the section where you can edit the item in question.
- You are able to Dismiss an item by clicking the 'X' button on the far right.

What Happens When I Dismiss an Item?
After clicking Dismiss Error you will no longer be notified about this type of error. Once you have dismissed an error or warning, you are able to view and recover the item if you wish to proceed with actioning it.
- Click "View dismissed errors"
- The items you have dismissed will appear.
How to recover a dismissed error or warning?
- Click "View dismissed errors"
- The items you have dismissed will appear.
- Click the X beside the item to remove it from being dismissed and appear within the health check results for you to action.
Please note: You can refresh the API connection at any time by simply clicking the "Refresh API Connection" button.
