Follow the steps below to request a subscription change.
How to Request a Subscription Change
- Open the SCX Support App from your Zendesk sidebar.
- Click Request a change.
- Fill out the information required, including:
- Select the plan you would like to change to.
- Click Submit Change Request.

Our team will review your request and get in touch to discuss pricing, billing options, and activation timelines.
