How to Request Agent Seats
- Open the SCX Support App from your Zendesk sidebar.
- Click Request a change.
- Fill out the information required, including:
- The number of additional agent seats you require
- Note: If you have 10 seats and you need 5 more, type 15.
- The number of additional agent seats you require
- Click Submit Change Request.
After Submission
Our team will review your request and get in touch to discuss pricing, billing options, and activation timelines.
Please note: Planning a busy season or expansion? It's best to request additional seats ahead of time to avoid delays.
