How to Request Support
- Open the SCX Support App in your Zendesk sidebar.
- Click Dashboard > Contact Support.
- A Conversational Bot will appear for you to reach out to us with:
- A detailed description of your issue or request.
- Any relevant ticket numbers, screenshots, or examples.
What to Expect
Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive an acknowledgment and our team will review the details.
Depending on the complexity, we’ll either resolve your query quickly or reach out to arrange further assistance.
